Business Administration

Business Administrator Apprenticeships cover the skills needed to work in an office environment, using the latest information technology. You will be employed as an administrator and develop skills such as answering telephones, dealing with visitors and incoming and outgoing post, record and document production and project management.

Our Business Admin apprenticeships are designed to equip learners to support and engage with different parts of the organisation and interact with internal and external customers. Our Business Admin apprenticeship is varied and covers developing, implementing, maintaining and improving administrative services. Our Business Admin apprentices develop key skills and behaviours to support their own personal progression towards management responsibilities.

Business Admin apprentices are integral to the efficiency of an organisation, providing support of functional areas, working across teams and resolving issues as requested. The flexibility and responsiveness required allows the apprentice to develop a wide range of skills.
