Customer Service

These qualifications can be gained in a range of different job roles helping you improve and be more confident in the service you offer to customers. You will develop your communication and problem solving skills, become a good listener and learn to deal with difficult situations.

For the first 12 weeks of any Study Programme, you will be enrolled onto our 12 week Take The Leap course. A 12 week course to gain a recognised qualification to help you progress into your chosen career. Our 12 week course involves employability skills, community projects, real life work experience and an adventure week.

Qualifications needed

Entry Level – No previous qualifications are required for this programme, however, a pre-course interview will be required before a place is offered.
