Apprenticeships are free to anyone aged between 16 and 24 and are available at level 2 and level 3. You learn the skills you need to do the job, on the job! If you are aged 19 and over, you may be eligible for the forthcoming Advanced Learner Loan to cover tuition fees.

We offer a range of individually designed programmes for young people of school age.
Programmes for the unemployed
A wide range of programmes are available for people aged 19 or over and who are receiving JSA or Work Related Benefits. Each programme is designed to meet the needs of the individual.
Programmes for the employed
A range of programmes from the Qualifications Curriculum Framework (QCF) are available if you are already employed and would like to develop your skills further. In most cases these qualifications are free however full commercial rates are available.
Springboard is approved by, and accredited as a training centre for many awarding bodies including:
- City and Guilds
- National Apprenticeship Service
- Pro Skills
- RTITB (Road Transport Industry Training Board)
- CIEH (Charted Institute for Environmental Health)
- ASDAN (Award Scheme Development and Accreditation Network)
- AALA (Adventure Activities Licensing Authority)
