Springboard Works is a specialist programme for people aged 19-24 and 25+ who are not in employment, education or training, to gain qualifications and work experience to move you closer to the job market.

We offer training and support in many different areas including Business Administration, Bricklaying, Care, Childcare, Construction Multiskills, Customer Service, Employability Skills, Forklift Counter Balance, Functional Maths, Functional English, Horticulture, ITQ Computer Skills, Preparing to Teach in the Lifelong Learning Sector, Retail, Teaching and Assessment Qualifications and Warehousing.

CSCS card
CSCS is the leading skills certification scheme within the UK construction industry.
CSCS cards provide proof that individuals working on construction sites have the required training and qualifications for the type of work they carry out. Completed over 1 full week and includes City and Guilds Health and Safety in Construction Level 1 award.

GCES’s Maths and English
This course is for people who would like to progress with their careers but need a GCSE in maths or English and looking to become proficient in their knowledge and understanding of maths and English. GCES’s are taught once a week for three hours of classroom learning. The course will be assessed through three exams at the end of each academic year.

Basic IT/Word Processing
Do you need to know how to turn on a computer, how to send and receive emails, search and apply for jobs? This can also include word processing, power point, spreadsheets and internet search.
